During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that claimed to have a lot of amenities that were paid. However, the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to several key attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming. Despite these positives, I was sorely disappointed by several aspects of the hotel experience.
It was a huge let down that the amenities that were offered were expensive and barely accessible. The gym and sauna had to be booked in advance, which was extremely annoying.

The service exceeded our expectations, with attentive staff who were quick to assist and make us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the lovely terrace and garden area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
